London 6th November 2007. Lonsco announces a range of Winter courses

A new range of Winter courses for early 2008 was today announced by Lonsco. These courses will be run at the The Papertrail in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead. Lonsco will be running a series of 3 hour taster courses aimed at absolute beginners and novice users.

The courses will be:

'Computers for the Terrified' - a course aimed at absolute beginners who want to get started using a computer

Using your Computer - a follow on course for the 'terrified' to build on the initial knowledge gained.

Introduction to the internet and email - this will give an understanding of the basic concepts of the internet and email

Introduction to digital cameras - the basics from how to choose a camera and then how to use it

Introduction to digital image management - for all those people who take lots of digital pictures and have them 'stuffed in a drawer' on their computer

"This exciting range of courses will, hopefully, give confidence to newcomers to computers to start to reap the benefits of using them in their everyday lives" comments Kevin Long, partner at Lonsco.
